Insider Update 3.6.19 is now live. Mega Stashes have been added to the Ashen Garrisons for testing, along with additional events for the Bilge Rats Weekender.
If you encounter any bugs while playing in Insiders, please head to the Sea of Thieves support site and report an issue with our Player Support team.
Ashen Garrison Mega Stashes
Both emergent Ashen Garrisons and on-demand Raid Voyages can result in a Mega Stash. However, the chance of encountering this boost is much higher when encountering an emergent Ashen Garrison in the world.
Ashen Expeditions Return
Planned for a future Bilge Rats Weekender, the Ashen Expeditions Event makes a fiery return, where Ashen Message in a Bottle Voyages can surface on islands within The Devil’s Roar in High Seas.
While active, volcanos, geysers and earthquakes will fall quiet and Ashen loot can be sold for increased gold and reputation. Completing Event Goals rewards players with Doubloons for use in the Black Market.
Doubloon Crates & Secret Shipments
Insiders will find they have been issued 99 Voyages to facilitate testing.

Ashen Garrisons
Sneaky Skeletons can spawn in the wall and remain hidden, sometimes preventing progress unless you hunt and slay them where they hide.
The icon for Servant's Oath Garrison on the map is too dark.
Keys may still drop below certain surfaces, making them difficult to see and pick up.
Captain of the Vault may fail to spawn when doors are opened in a certain order. Opening the Storeroom should get the Captain to spawn.
The Cannon of Rage may still breach collision in a few locations around the Garrisons.
Approaching an Ashen Garrison, players may see the environment pop between detail levels.
Some skeletons and items visually flicker throughout the Garrison.
