# Insider Patch Notes 2.8.3.6

Insider Update 2.8.3.6 is now live.  As we approach our upcoming July release, we will now be limiting the Build to only features that will be shipping as part of Julys update. In the meantime insiders can still enjoy a whole host of voyages and Tall tales to take them on an adventure whilst in the Sea of Thieves.

## Known Issues

**Game Stability**

* Players may experience instances where they are disconnected from their session after accessing the games settings menu. In this Insiders build we suggest avoiding using the settings menu during gameplay.

**Interactions**

* Players may find that several interactions found in the world and onboard ships do not act consistently in this update. Attempting to use certain ladders, sitting and sleeping spots may result in inconsistent behaviour.

**Chat Notifications**

* Chat messages sent by other e players are not currently displaying in the chat notifications window.

## Fixed Issues

**Battle for the Sea of Thieves**

* Players are now able to purchase Merchant Crates after losing a battle as intended.

* The ships wheel will no longer be affected by a storm when diving below the waves or resurfacing.

**Captains of Adventure**

* The Player's name will now appear instead of the phrase "with {PetName}" within the Captain's Logbook

* Events Log is now present at the end of the Captains Logbook.

**Performance and Stability**

* Improved server stability to avoid instances where players are disconnected from their session.
