Insider Patch Notes 2.8.1.5
Insider Update 2.8.1.5 is now live. For those looking for adventure head over to any outpost to chat to Larinna about how you can help out in the latest Adventure to hit the Sea of Thieves.

Known Issues
*‘A Dark Deception’ *
- This is an early preview of this new Adventure and therefore will still contain some placeholder text and imagery.
- Progressing through the Adventure, players will find that a few Deeds will not complete when performing the required criteria.
- As a few of the Deeds do not trigger, the Title cannot be obtained by the player for completing all deeds.
- The Pendragon’s Pocket Watch memento isn’t awarded correctly when the player completes the tale for the first time.
- The Checkpoint now triggers at the end of Chapter 2; however, the player is currently unable to start the tale from the checkpoint with Larinna.
Fixed Issues
*‘A Dark Deception’ *
- Pendragon’s Pocket Watch will now be removed from the players quest radial after completing the Adventure.
- There are no longer two Sword of Souls visible during the final cutscene.
- There is no longer a very long delay between collecting the Figurehead Fragment and it being removed from the world.
- Optional rat deeds are now marked as completed when the player has fulfilled the correct criteria.
- The Secret hideout lever now works the first time that it is triggered.
*Pirate Emporium *
- The Sawbones Jacket and Belt bottles will now adapt to the pirate curses.
- The Sawbones Collectors sail variant now matches the icon art.
- The Sawbones trinket eyeballs are now centered correctly and lit from above when placed on a ship.
- Sloops with premium sawbones figurehead will no longer display liquid through the vial corks, and will swing more noticeably.
*Visual and Audio *
- The Tornado that signifies the Ghost fleet world event now cuts through the fog a lot better.
*Performance and Stability *
- Improved server stability to avoid instances of players being disconnected from their session.
