# Insider Patch Notes 2.5.2.6

Insider Update 2.5.2.6 is now live.  The ‘Forsaken Hunter’ Adventure is now back for testing with further improvements, head to Larinna to begin. Season Seven has also been updated with new Plunder Pass rewards, ready for testing!

## Adventures

**‘Forsaken Hunter’**

* Head to any Outpost and speak to Larinna to begin the Adventure. Players will then be directed to Stephen’s Spoils to seek out Merrick.
* Crews who venture to the seas to seek out Merrick and complete this time-limited Adventure will earn the exclusive ‘Investigator of Dark Intrigue’ Title and ‘Mask of Deceit’ Emote to serve as a memento of their support.

## Season Seven

**Season Seven Plunder Pass**

* Purchase Season Seven’s Plunder Pass to gain access to a plethora of unlockable, never-before-seen rewards, all available to earn by climbing the levels of Seasonal progression. 
* Plunder Pass purchasers this Season can earn the full Beachcomber’s Bounty Ship Collection, including Collector’s variants.
* For those looking to truly transform themselves, the Baleful Bloom Costume can also be earned, evolving as players progress through the Season.

> *Insiders have been granted sufficient Ancient Coins to unlock the Plunder Pass, and the Renown accelerator continues to be active, increasing the Renown earned to progress players much faster through this Season.*

**Season Seven Emissary Ledger Rewards**

* Representing the Gold Hoarders in their Emissary Ledger can now earn players the Tribute Peak Drum and Concertina. 
* Players seeking out the secrets of the Order of Souls can earn the Relic of Darkness Drum and Concertina. 
* The Merchant Alliance honour their high-performing Ledger representatives with the Merchant Ambassador Drum and Concertina. 
* Flying the flag of The Reaper’s Bones and earning a high rank in their Ledger can earn players the Masked Renegade Drum and Concertina. 
* Legendary pirates representing Athena’s Fortune in their Ledger can earn the Magpie's Glory Drum and Concertina to show their allegiance to the Pirate Lord.

> *Insiders have all been granted the Emissary Ledger rewards to their equipment chest in this update to facilitate testing.*

## Captains of Adventure Technical Test

**Sovereigns**

* The Sovereigns have completed their construction efforts at the Outposts and can now be found within their hut. The new location off the Outpost dock offers a handy harpoon and winch, allowing crews to offload treasure from their vessels for easy hand in to the new Sovereign representatives.

## Outpost Cosmetics

**The Plucky Ruffian Sea Dog Set**

* The Outpost clothing shops now stock The Plucky Ruffian Sea Dog Set, available to purchase for gold.

## Updates

**Small Crew Balancing Improvements Disabled**

* Following initial testing, the small crew balancing changes have been temporarily disabled while the team continue to iterate further. These improvements will return in an upcoming Insider update.

## Known Issues

**‘Forsaken Hunter’**

* After revealing the memories and defeating the ambushes on Sailor's Bounty and Salty Sands, the memories do not appear on Cannon Cove, preventing progress. Insiders who completed the previous Technical Test for this Adventure should be able to access the last chapter by speaking to Belle at K9.
* The Masked Assailant has two interaction prompts in chapter three.
* The final cutscene within chapter three does not contain visible subtitles.
* Belle plays an animation where she wields her lantern after giving it to the player in chapter two.
* Belle's introduction cutscene for chapter three is a placeholder and not final.

**Captains of Adventure**

* Ships can sail through parts of the new Sovereign Huts found on Outposts.

**Emissary Ledger Rewards**

* The Merchant Ambassador Concertina does not animate correctly when played.

## Fixed Issues

**‘Forsaken Hunter’**

* Dark Brethren Orders and Buried Pages now use the intended models. 
* Dark Brethren Phantoms discovered during the Adventure now use the intended visual design. 
* Belle and the Merrick memory found on K9 should no longer intersect with the environment. 
* When observing memory sequences, the audio should no longer stop early. 
* Banners used during the Adventure now use appropriate music.

**Captains of Adventure**

* Players placing trinkets on their ship while near a storm should no longer find themselves disconnected from the session. 
* When players go to dismantle their ships, they should no longer see any grammatical errors.

**Pirate Emporium**

* When firing the Prehistoric Plunderer Blunderbuss, players should no longer experience the blunderbuss interesting with the camera. 
* When aiming the Prehistoric Plunderer Blunderbuss, players should no longer find it intersect with their body. 
* Performing the Limber Up Emote now appears correctly when used by a range of pirate body sizes. 
* Performing the On Marks Emote should now smoothly animate when used by all pirate body sizes. 
* When performing the Amber Inspector Emote, the camera now zooms in at a higher angle. 
* Performing the Fatal Fall Emote will no longer cause players pirates to do the splits at the end of the emote.

**Environment**

* Grog bottles in the Old Brimstone Fortress no longer float above ground. 
* The portcullis found on the lower level of Sea Forts can no longer be passed through in a Rowboat. 
* Pets can now be placed on the Sloop’s bed. 
* When swimming in deep water or flooded rooms, players pets should no longer walk around underwater.

**Visual and Audio**

* Final descriptions for Courage of Captaincy cosmetics have now been added. 
* **‘The Dark Brethren’** – The two cannons at the back of the Flying Dutchman are now visible.

**Performance and Stability**

* Improved server stability to reduce scenarios where crews are removed from a game session.
