Pirate Emporium
Season Four Plunder Pass Items Now in the Emporium
- The Jack O’ Looter Ship Collection, weapons and costume are now available for individual purchase from the Pirate Emporium
- Hold back your nervous nature with the Vulnerable Weapon Pose emotes!
Jack O’ Looter Ship Collection
- After making its first appearance in Season Four’s Plunder Pass, players can now purchase all Jack O’ Looter Ship items and complete the collection.
- A Jack O’ Looter Essential Ship Bundle is also on offer, including just the core ship cosmetics at a discount.
Thunderous Fury Collector’s Ship Items
- After making a thundering arrival in Season Three’s Plunder Pass, players can now purchase the new Collector’s Figurehead and Collector’s Sails.
Cutthroat Weapon Bundle
- Hone your killer instinct with this set of four vicious-looking weapons.
Ashen Curse Alsatian
- This scorching new Ashen Curse Alsatian is too hot to handle!
Props Master Emotes
- Become a master of disguise with this prop-centric emote collection.
Mystical Macaque Emotes
- Spread the enigmatic teachings of three sagely simians with this set of expressive emotes.
New Cannon Flares
- New Cannon Flare effects are now available for some of your favourite Pirate Emporium ship sets! Check out the new Soulflame Cannon Flare!
- The Soulflame Cannon Flare unleashes a noxious green smoke.
- Players who already own all items in the Soulflame bundles will find the appropriate Cannon Flare added to their inventory – a little gift from the Emporium owners! Please note: this gift is not applicable to Insiders due to recent pirate wipes, however included here for visibility ahead of February’s update.
Freebie Throw a Strop Emote
- When life just isn’t fair, feel free to just throw a strop at your clueless captain.

Known Issues
Shrouded Islands
- The Shrouded Islands are currently in an early stage of development, and therefore contains a range of prototype artwork, animations, UI, cutscenes and assets throughout the experience. The team are not currently looking for feedback on these clear placeholder areas of the experience.
The Soulflame Captain encounters are currently using placeholder balancing levels and the difficulty of the encounter has not been balanced for different crew sizes.
Crews can on occasion arrive at Golden Sands Outpost at the start of a new session.
Ashen Lord encounters can occur on Shrouded Islands used by the adventure.
Pirate Emporium
- The Pirate Emporium is currently in an early stage of development, and therefore contains a range of placeholder artwork, imagery and text. The team are not currently looking for feedback on these clear placeholder areas of the experience.
Legend of the Veil
- Veil Stones slotted into the Veil of the Ancients can become invisible after a player’s death or upon disconnecting. This is visual only and does not affect the ability to complete or progress on the Voyage.
- Crews migrating servers during the Voyage can cause various issues preventing progress.
- The Pirate Lord and Larinna are both supposed to offer the Legend of the Veil Voyage; however, in this build, it will only be available from the Pirate Lord.
Legend of the Veil – Haunted Islands
- Picking up a Flames of Fate will override the Enchanted Lantern.
When progressing a Haunted Island quest, the placeholder friendly Golden Skeletons are currently able to be damaged and killed by players.
If the whole crew dies during the Haunted Islands’ encounter, the quest module will be completed.
Phantoms do not spawn after lighting the central beacon on the Haunted Islands.
Phantoms and Ancient Skeletons do not spawn on Haunted Islands after solo crew players die and respawn.
Achievements
- The ‘Full Billow’ Achievement is not currently earnable when completing the required criteria.
Fixed Issues
General
- ‘A Pirate’s Life’ - When reaching the Rowboat, players can once again detach it safely while onboard and continue to progress the Tale.
Shrouded Islands
- Players can no longer become stuck in the Athena’s Fortune Hideout stairs within the abandoned tavern at Golden Sands.
- Players can now smoothly navigate across the broken bridge on Golden Sands.
- Crews will no longer find Voyages leading them to characters on Golden Sands Outpost now the inhabitants have fled.
- Players can no longer find pet hangout locations within the abandoned tavern.
Crews encountering Belle on Shipwreck Bay will now find an appropriate prompt to talk to her, along with subtitles for her dialog when she speaks.
When digging up and opening the sarcophagus, the Quest Map will now be removed from the crew’s quest radial.
Accessibility
- Enabling Circular Navigation should now allow players to equip emotes from the vanity chests when using a controller.
