Insider Patch Notes 2.3.2.6
Insider Update 2.3.2.6 is now live. In our last Insider’s build before Season Five’s update, we continue to restrict the feature set to those shipping in this update. The listed Known Issues have continued to be worked on for resolution ahead of our final retail release.
Known Issues
Sitting & Sleeping
- Players sitting or sleeping will avoid idle timers and will not be removed from the game after a period of inactivity.
- Some pirate body types will find excessive clipping when sitting in various locations.
Character Model Quality
- Some pirate body types will be shown with disconnected limbs when viewed from a distance while wearing items from the Bell Brigade, Midnight Blades and Party Boat clothing.
Commendations
- The ‘Legend of Buried Treasures’ Commendation does not currently unlock on completing all other Commendations.
Fixed Issues
General
- Players resetting their keyboard and controller settings to default, will now find the settings stay reset after restarting the game.
- The tooltip for collecting crates from the Merchant Alliance now reads ‘Take’ instead of ‘Redeem’.
Visual & Audio
- Damaged Devil’s Roar Rum Bottle Cargo will now show its correct smashed visuals when placed on the ground.
- Players dying and respawning in the Pirate Legend Hideout will no longer experience a light bloom effect when returning from the Ferry of the Damned.
Burying Items
- Burying or digging up an animal crate will now show the appropriate icon in the notification.
Sitting and Sleeping
- Pirates will no longer sleep with their eyes open, sweet dreams!
- Players can now sit correctly at beacons found around the world.
Fireworks
- Migrating servers while a Firework fuse is lit should no longer cause a ship’s cannons to become unusable when arriving on the new server.
- Comet Fireworks now have appropriate reflections in the water.
Dice Emotes
- “When Let Games Read to Me” is enabled, the narration will now read correctly when performing a dice emote.
- The ‘Critical Roll’ Commendation should now consistently unlock when rolling the appropriate number.
Sunken Kingdom
- The Legend of the Cursed Voyage should no longer fail if players place a Forbidden Key into a Sunken Merfolk Statue before migrating between servers.
Lost Shipments Voyage
- Map clues discovered while on Lost Shipments Voyages should no longer become blank after migrating between servers.
- Lost Shipment map clues should no longer appear blank for players joining the session in progress.
