# Insider Patch Notes 2.0.10.1

Insider Update 2.0.10.1 is now live, introducing more changes to our upcoming Gilded Gifts activity as well as a refresh for Outpost vendors. For those looking to spend their hard-earned Gold on some fresh threads, you’ll want to check this one out!

## Insider Patch Notes - Update  2.0.10.1

## Gilded Gifts

* **Reaper’s Bounty** – Players are used to seeing the rainbow pillar of light on the horizon, and there have now been sightings of a new glittering pillar of light reaching skyward. Upon reaching its source, players can now collect a Reaper’s Bounty and the pillar of light will be extinguished. This Reaper’s Bounty will act like a Reaper’s Chest, however cashing it in to the Masked Stranger at The Reaper's Hideout will reward players with Gold!      *Following the Legends of the Sea update, the Reaper’s Bounty and Gold rewards will persist as an emergent encounter in the world.*
* **Reaper’s Chest Cash-In Location & Pay-out** – Duke warns players he is no longer accepting Reaper’s Chests and directs players to deliver them to the Masked Stranger at The Reaper's Hideout. For the enhanced threat when delivering to this new location, players will now be rewarded with 30 Doubloons!
* **Double Gold at the Reaper’s Hideout** - Players can now sell Captains Chests, Villainous Skulls, Crate of Exotic Silks, Chest of Legends and even Ashen Chest of Legends to the Masked Stranger at the Reaper's Hideout for DOUBLE GOLD!
* **Ashen Treasures Commendations and Rewards: Volume 3** – Stitcher Jim and the Outpost stores both have new stocks of Ashen cosmetics, rewarding players for collecting the next volume of Ashen Tomes hidden inside recovered Ashen Chests. In the Legends of the Sea update, players can recover Tomes of Fire, allowing access to new Commendations and cosmetics including items from the clothing, weapon, item and ship sets. Players will continue to find Tomes of Curses and Tomes of Power to allow access to previous Ashen cosmetics.      *All Ashen Treasures Commendations & Rewards will become a permanent addition to the Outpost Stores after the Legends of the Sea update.*
* **Ashen Treasures Achievements** – A range of Xbox achievements have been added for unlocking in-game Commendations. A total of 35 Gamerscore is available to earn from this update, and these achievements will persist in the game for future updates.

## Outpost Cosmetics

While Duke has begun to corner the market with his Black Market exclusives, the Outpost Stores have begun to up their efforts. The stores are now stocking a range of new cosmetics for players to further customise their pirate!

* **Outpost Clothing Store Update!** – The Outpost Clothing Stores now stock a range of new clothing styles providing a scrappier pirate style! With new hats, shirts, jackets, gloves, belts and shoes, there’s surely something to catch your eye! Keen-eyed pirates will also notice the introduction of some previously seen cosmetics from legacy game footage!
* **More Feminine Clothing Colour Options** – Following the previous release of more feminine clothing options, new colour variants have now been released for you to mix and match!

## Fixed Issues

**General**

* Being afflicted by venom or fire damage and climbing into a cannon now continues to damage players.
* Resolved text issue with Parrot Sails, Celestial Steed Hull.
* ‘Wild Rose’ - Players are able to give the Music Box to other players.
* ‘Shores of Gold’ – If dying on the Shores of Gold and returning to your ship, the ship VFX for passing through the shroud should no longer appear.
* Crews receiving a Bounty voyage for Booty Isle will now find skeletons spawning once again.
* Resolved an issue that could cause resource items to be collected incorrectly when retrieved from a barrel.
* Layers loading into a crew who are engaging in an active Skeleton Ship battle should no longer encounter an infinite black screen when loading in.

**Legends of the Sea**

* Commendations for the Legends of the Sea are now visible for players.
* Players will hear new lines of dialogue when interacting with Umbra.

**Gilded Gifts**

* Duke will once again offer the Black Market Archive to players.
* Players will hear new lines of dialogue when interacting with Duke.

**Maiden Voyage**

* Firing yourself out of a cannon during the shroud passage can no longer cause the player to become stuck in a loading loop.
* Emote and Non-Verbal radials will no longer display when your ship is sailing off during the cinematic outro.
* Players are no longer able to reach underneath the island.
* Improved visibility of the Wrecked Ships Lore Book.
* When approaching the Pirate Lord on Old Sailor Isle, players will no longer hear audio repeating.
* The player will now be prompted to raise the ships anchor even if they have raised one of the island anchors during the on-ship section of the tutorial.
* Planks of wood can no longer be collected while fishing.

**The Seabound Soul**

* On completing the tomb sequence, the door no longer stays open for subsequent crews to pass through.

**Company Onboarding**

* During the opening Mysterious Stranger Dialogue, players can no longer talk to him.

**Festival of Giving**

* Tome of Power III will now display the correct model when placed on the ground

Pirate Emporium

* The Bailing Story Emote preview now loops at the correct point in the animation
* Bilge Rat Persona Emotes now have an appropriate themed button when inside the Emote Radial.

**Pets**

* Pets can no longer appear temporarily invisible when placed on a perch on a moving ship.

## Known Issues

* **Adventure Input Matchmaking** – Whilst input-based matchmaking is not yet available for Insider testing, some settings have become available in the settings menu. Changing these setting will currently not matchmake you correctly into matches, please avoid using them!
* **Pets** - Pets can become stuck in motion on your ship when returning from the Ferry of the Damned – Some players may find that on returning from the Ferry of the Damned their pet can become stuck unable to follow the player
* **New Player Onboarding** – new players who have yet to complete Company Onboarding joining a crew a crew in progress can cause that player to load into an unloaded island.
* **Tall Tales - ‘Sailor of the Shores of Gold’ Title Not Unlocking** – Some players may find that after having completed the Seeker of Grand Adventure Commendation, they are not awarded the Sailor of the Shores of Gold Title.
* **Cosmetics **- Equipped cosmetics do not persist between sessions – Some players may find that after equipping cosmetics then leaving the game, upon their return those cosmetics will no longer be equipped.
