# Insider Patch Notes 3.5.0.6

Insider Update 3.5.0.6 is now live. Insiders can continue to test improvements to Field of View settings options and upcoming features for our next update.

## Season 17: Smugglers' Tide

**Reapers Fortress**

* Defeating the Waves of enemies defending the fort will now progress the encounter without requiring crews to defeat the circling Ghost Ships.

* The accuracy of Ghost Ships encountered while sieging the fort has been increased, encouraging crews to dispatch them to protect their ship whilst taking on the Fortress.

* The Flame Traps found across all Forts have received a visual quality pass, have been placed in their intended locations and their mechanisms have been made more responsive.

## Gameplay Improvements

**Improved Field of View**

* Following Insider feedback, the prior change to provide a fixed zoom level when aiming down sights with the Eye of Reach across the entire Field of View range has now been reverted.

* Players using a Field of View below 90 will experience the same zoom level when using aim down sights on the Eye of Reach as the Live game. When playing above 90, the zoom level has been reduced and is now more tailored and proportionate to the players chosen field of view.

## Known Issues

**Cinematic Banners**

* Players who were using the Reduced Lower Banner Style in the HUD settings in the previous build may need to disable the setting and exit the game to prevent visual errors throughout their session.

**Smugglers’ Heist**

* Opening the Royal Crest Fortress front door can grant players a large amount of Renown.

* Migrating to a different server before entering Royal Crest Fortress can remove the skeleton waves inside.

* Players may receive two Quest Notes directing them to pick up the Royal Crest Fortress Key in different locations.

* Skeleton waves sometimes do not trigger after opening doors on Royal Crest Fortress after migrating.

* The first two Heist Quest Notes appear with grey text, making them difficult to read.

**Reaper Fortress**

* Some trap levers can appear floating or misaligned on their posts.

## Fixed Issues

**Visual and Audio**

* The Alabaster Wildcat now appears the correct colour when summoned or viewed in the Pet Chest.

* The rings on the Smuggler Gloves no longer appear visually distorted when viewed in the Clothing Chest.

* In the Order of Souls Tutorial, the name of the destination island on the scroll is no longer obscured by the tutorial prompt.

* The Pirate Pugilist Gloves no longer show visible distortions.

* Arms no longer clip through the Cannon of Rage when performing certain actions at higher Field of View settings.

**Text and Localisation**

* Placeholder text is no longer shown in the Pirate Phrases when holding the Heist paintings.
