Ancient Megalodon Encounter
Ancient Megalodons have emerged upon the seas, more fearsome than the usual beasts. The Feared Redmaw has recently been spotted boiling the waters near the Reaper’s Hideout with its fiery attacks.
Keep an eye on the ship’s map for a red shark symbol that indicates a recent sighting of this fearsome beast.
The Feared Redmaw will begin to supercharge during the battle and crews must continually release its pressure by damaging it, to avoid a cataclysmic explosion.

Mimic Dart
The Mimic Dart has now been added as a new dart type for the blowpipe. This dart will allow players to transform their appearance into other players or skeletons by shooting them, allowing pirates to blend in and cause some mischief!
When a target has been hit by a Mimic Dart, a brief transformation effect will appear around the player as they change appearance. Players will remain in their mimic disguise for 120 seconds and will see a screen effect showing their appearance has been changed.
Players under the effects of a Mimic Dart are free to interact with the world in addition to dealing and taking damage. Players engaging in combat however will find the colour of their gamertag will switch as a result.
When observing a player who is mimicking, their gamertag will change colour to match the affiliation of their target. There will be no change to the mimicking player’s name shown in their gamertag however, they will always keep their true name.
The Mimic Dart is in an early state of testing and players should check the Release Notes for Known Issues on this feature before submitting bug reports.
