Insider Update 3.1.1.4 is now live. Players can now hang from ledges at various locations around the ship to further deepen the stealth playstyles coming in Season 14.
As always, if you encounter any bugs, please head to the Sea of Thieves support site and let our Player Support team know.
Hanging Points
Hanging Points are new interactable points on ships that allow the player to vault over the edge of a ship and hang by their hands on the outside in order to hide from those onboard.
In order to use a hanging point, the player must be crouched. Then simply find a hanging point on the ship and hold the relevant input (F on keyboard / X on controller) to interact, much like a sitting point.
Whilst in the hanging point, the player will be locked into a 3rd person view and can look around the ship they're hanging on.
Hanging players are also hidden from allied skeletons patrolling on a ship’s deck.
Blowpipe
The Blowpipe now shows unique ammo indicators for each dart type once loaded.
When wielding the Blowpipe, players can now access the Dart menu by a unique keypress.
