Sea of Thieves On-Demand
*Discover Tab in the Quest Table *
- The ‘Discover Tab’ is the home screen of the new Quest Table UI. This feature will guide players with Information Tiles, Quest or Tall Tale Unlock Tiles and Promotional Content Tiles. In this build, Insiders can test some example Information Tiles and try out the Quest selection using this new user interface.
*New Look for Character Interactions *
- Improvements have been made to the way players will view characters when interacting with them. Characters will now be framed using a new camera and speaking animations will now match their dialogue when players are speaking with them, making interactions feel more immersive and realistic.
*New Trinket Locations *
- The Captain’s Bookshelf in the Captain’s Cabin of each ship will now act as a place to display Trinkets.
Gameplay Improvements
*Improved Hit and Kill Markers *
- Improved hit and kill markers have returned from a previous Insider build, providing more information to players during gunplay. Following Insider feedback, the option for High Contrast Kill Markers has been added to the graphics settings menu. When enabled, a white version of the Kill Marker will be displayed.
- These markers only appear when the server agrees that the target has been hit, so will always be accurate. Please note that these hit markers only appear for projectile weapons, and not melee weapons like the Cutlass.
