Insider Update 2.6.3.5 is now live. Players can now browse, peruse and even purchase a magnitude of new cosmetics and seasonal rewards that are bound to make you the envy of the seas. Then after you’ve gotten all the swag you can fit into your pirate-y pockets, why not try your luck at some on-demand PvP where you can risk it all for fame and glory, just choose a Faction and unfurl your war map to begin.

Seasonal Progression and Rewards
· Progressing through the 100 levels of this season will reward pirates with the Cursed Bones Clothing Set, new to Season Eight along with time-limited Weapons of the Damned.
· Pirates or those who become a Pirate Legend during Season Eight can also earn Flameheart Hat and Cutlass.
· Completing tiers of Seasonal progression will also award unique Titles, allowing players to display their success for all to see.
Insiders have a Renown accelerator applied, increasing the Renown earned to progress players much faster through this Season in order to gain the rewards for testing.
Season Eight Plunder Pass
· Purchase Season Eight’s Plunder Pass to gain access to a plethora of unlockable, never-before-seen rewards, all available to earn by climbing the levels of Seasonal progression.
· Plunder Pass purchasers this Season can earn the full Ravenwood Ship Collection, including Collector’s variants.
· For those looking to truly transform themselves, the Ravenwood Costume can also be earned, evolving as players progress through the Season.
King’s Ransom Ship Bundle
· Go for gold with a livery inspired by fables of wildly wealthy seafaring royalty when you purchase this ship bundle. Excludes Collector's variants.
· Pirates who only need the bare essential can purchase or browse just the core components of the palatial King's Ransom ship set essentials bundle.

Wulf of War Bundle (Store Only)
· Available only from the Xbox, Microsoft and Steam Stores, the Wulf of War Bundle contains the Night Wulf Costume and all four weapons in the Night Wulf Weapon Bundle, along with 550 Ancient Coins to spend in the Pirate Emporium and a free bonus of 25,000 gold.
Forsaken Ashes Hairstyles and Beard
· The Outpost clothing shop will now offer players the chance to purchase two new hairstyles; Forsaken Ashes Singed Hair and Forsaken Ashes Frazzled Hair as well as the new Forsaken Ashes Beard. All can be purchased with players’ hard-earned gold.
Sea of Bones
· Players may currently experience long loading times when trying to find a match.
· Sometimes after finding a match players will be incorrectly sent to an Outpost, their opponent will hear battle music as if the invader has arrived.
· Both invading crews can become stuck in a loading screen throughout the whole battle.
· Invaders can sometimes be placed outside of the battle bounds when leaving the invasion tunnel.
Pirate Emporium
· Players who have the Ravenwood Capstan equipped will be unable to lower it due to its interaction prompts not being visible.
Seasonal Play
· The Plunder Pass image within the pirate log appears blank.
Sea of Bones
· Music will now play when a player has lost and is in the sinking wreck sequence.
· Dropping Crates on the top deck while traveling beneath the waves can no longer cause the Crates to float up above the ship.
· The Tutorial notifications for entering Faction and using the War Map now allow enough time to read them before the next notification pops up.
· The greyed-out prompt text on the Hourglass for when an enemy crew is nearby has now been updated to the correct text.
· Players now unlock the "Athena Champion" Commendation after talking with the Pirate Lord and gaining access to the expansion area as intended.
· Players are now able to descend into the Reaper's lair or start the Ritual of the Flame after accepting the shanty from Servant of the Flame.
· A prompt has now been added alerting players who have Xbox only matchmaking preference set to on that they may experience longer loading times when looking to matchmake.
· Multiple NPCs within the Athenas Fortune Expanded area have had their placeholder dialogue updated to a more finalised version.
· Players who lose connection and then re-join will no longer be unable to find their ship.
· If the player force closes the game whilst traveling beneath the waves and then re-joins the session, the ship will no longer stay underwater indefinitely .
· The "Battles Won as Faction Champion" Milestone now updates correctly when winning battles as a Faction champion.
· The normal sound effects when a player hits an opposing ship should now play as normal even emerging music is playing.
· The notification for "Opponent could not be found" now displays the correct Faction specific artwork depending on which Faction the player is aligned to.
· The sails of the wooden ships on the war map no longer flap too fast when the ship is moving
· The Ritual of the Flame cutscene is now more in sync when being viewed by others.
· Improved stability to prevent players from being disconnected from their session when engaging with the season eight feature set.
Pirate Emporium
· Players will now be able to complete transactions when purchasing from the Pirate Emporium without experiencing server instability.
