Insider Patch Notes 2.6.2.2
Insider Update 2.6.2.2 is now live. Our next seasonal update Sea of Bones remains active and available to Insiders. For those wishing to give it a try simply use your hourglass of fate to place your allegiance to your chosen faction and then unfurl your war map to dive into battle.

Known Issues
Sea of Bones
- Some players may experience instances where they are unable to vote to leave their chosen faction as the tooltip is greyed out on the Emissary table.
- Players can sometimes be attacked by the Kraken when in the tunnel to transport the defeated opponent to another server.
Fixed Issues
Sea of Bones
- Improved stability to decrease instances where players are removed from the session during a battle.
- Players who are not in a faction will no longer be able to see battle icons on their ship’s map.
- When a player ship re-emerges from the water after starting an invasion, water effects will now be shown on the deck and down the sides of the hull.
- Invading ships can no longer be put under the map or be catapulted into the sky if invaded ship is facing an island at certain distance.
- The Kraken can no longer appear on the player’s ship in the Tunnels of the Damned.
- The highest-ranking figureheads now contain final imagery.
- Faction figureheads have been updated to use the updated faction names.
- The Barrel and Shield skeleton torso cosmetics no longer share the same name and descriptions.
- Players should no longer see two prompts to propose a Voyage on their captain’s table.
- The ‘Bring It On’ Commendation now unlocks when completing an Athena’s Fortune Voyage.
- The Commendation ‘Proven Your Worth’ now contains the correct text in its description.
*Captains of Adventure *
- When clicking on locked Captaincy items in the Shipwright Chest and Flag Box, players will now hear the correct audio effects.
- Players who start a solo captained session should no longer be randomly kicked from their sessions sometimes.
Pirate Emporium
- Costume previews in the Emporium will now display costumes even if the player have the skeleton curse equipped.
- Error message for the Pirate Emporium no longer contains a typo.
Visual and Audio
- After a mast is fully destroyed and then repaired, signs of damage from cannonball fire will no longer be hidden or show stretched textures.
Accessibility
- With 'Ignore narrating disabled interactables' on, viewing the tooltip for any NPC after the first time will now narrate the tooltip again as intended.
- Tooltips no longer repeatedly narrate whilst in menus or radials.
