Captains of Adventure Technical Test
Sovereigns
- New characters have arrived at each Outpost, offering an exclusive service only to Captains and their crew. The Sovereigns will accept any treasure the crew has collected and will pass it along to the appropriate Trading Company, returning 100% of the profit back to the crew.
- When handing in an item that can be offered to multiple Trading Companies, the Sovereign representative will deliver this to a random company. However, if the crew is representing a Trading Company as an Emissary, the treasure will always be delivered to that company being represented.
- Treasure destined for the Reaper’s Bones or Hunter’s Call will not be accepted by the Sovereigns.
Saving Ship Liveries
- While sailing on a Captain’s Ship, the Captain now has the option to permanently apply a ship livery to their Ship. For a fee, Captains can use the Ship Customisation Chest to save a ship part, which will then persist across sessions on this ship.
For this Insiders Technical Test, all liveries are Free to apply to Captain Ships.
- Crews are free to continue to express themselves during a session by applying liveries as before for free, however these will not persist. Captains can also now easily ‘Revert Ship to Saved Items’ from with the Ship Customisation Chest.
Trinkets
- Trinkets on Captain Ships have been reenabled. In this Insider’s Technical Test, interacting with a ‘Mount Trinket’ point will place a pre-determined Trinket on the location. Interacting again will remove the Trinket.
