Insider Update 2.4.1.6 is now live. In our last Insider build before February’s Update, we continue to restrict the feature set to those shipping in this update. The listed Known Issues have continued to be worked on for resolution ahead of our final retail release.

Shrouded Islands
Defeating the Soulflame Captain will therefore now only drop a Map, leading players to the Hexing Skull.
Crews are encouraged to hand in discovered Rune Tablets to Belle, however these are no longer critical to progressing the Adventure and instead reward crews with Gold.
The Soulflame Captain encounter has now been rebalanced further, increasing their health across all crew sizes.
Ammo crates and a range of ghostly cannonballs have been added to the Soulflame Ritual site.

Shrouded Islands
General
Mouse users on all platforms including console can now enable the ‘Recenter mouse in menus’ setting to ensure the mouse cursor returns to the centre of the screen when opening full-screen menus.
The Pirate Log reputation tabs now contain the intended Commendations for both current and previous events.
Skeleton Ships and skeletons using island cannons should now fire at targets more consistently without long pauses between shots.
When sitting in a Rowboat, interaction prompts for nearby seats and objects are no longer shown as they cannot be interacted with until the player stands.
Players should no longer find areas within the Athena’s Fortune Hideout where they can cause a safe teleport.
With circular navigation enabled, using mouse to navigate barrel inventories no longer causes focus to switch to each side.
Approaching a Rowboat found floating at sea, players should no longer find themselves unable to use the oars.
Shrouded Islands
New Players entering the tavern for the first time are no longer met with Larinna and the Mysterious Stranger talking over each other.
Reaper Phantoms should no longer become stuck in the geometry when ambushing crews near braziers.
Ashen Lord Encounters can no longer appear on Shipwreck Bay while the Adventure is active.
Appropriate visual effects now display when Belle stows her lantern during cutscenes.
When uncovering the sarcophagus, digging decals now appear in the correct locations.
Regular fog banks can no longer overlap with Shrouded Islands causing unexpected visual effects.
Crews migrating servers after having started the ritual will no longer find their progress lost when arriving on the new server.
When engaging the Soulflame Captain, defeating a Phantom within the wave and dying will no longer cause the captain to disappear.
The Soulflame Captain now has a suitable death animation and audio effects when defeated.
Corrected subtitles for the memories discovered on Shipwreck Bay to match the voice over.
Crews can now use the Captain’s Table to cancel the Adventure.
The defeated Soulflame Captain’s soul should no longer intersect with the floor.
The dropped Buried Relic Map should no longer appear floating above the ground.
Rune Tablets now display a white glint when viewed at a distance.
