Insider Patch Notes 2.4.1.5

Insider Update 2.4.1.5 is now live. As we approach February’s update, we are now limiting the feature set to those being delivered in that update and once again The Legend of the Veil Voyage has therefore been disabled. The listed Known Issues have continued to be worked on ahead of our final retail release.

Outpost Cosmetics

Stygian Admiral Set

  • The Outpost clothing shops now stock the Stygian Admiral Clothing Set, available to purchase for gold.

Known Issues

Shrouded Islands

  • Ashen Lord encounters can occur on Shrouded Islands used by the Adventure.
  • Migrating while on an active Adventure can cause crew’s progress to be lost.

Pirate Log

  • The Pirate Log currently contains a range of missing Commendations for both current and previous events.

Fixed Issues

General

  • Defeating skeletons or Phantoms while under the effects of a Cursed Cannonball will now progress the ‘Master of Cursed Iron’ Commendation.
  • Radial menu options can once again be selected with a mouse.
  • The Captain’s Table is now rotated appropriately on all ships.

Adventure Quick Menu

  • UI elements should no longer become stuck onscreen when changing between pages and navigating through Deeds.
  • The Adventure UI is no longer using placeholder assets.

Shrouded Islands

  • When staring the Adventure from Larinna, her voice overs should now transition smoothly between dialog sections.
  • Belle is now shown holding the correct lanterns in Voyage Card artwork.
  • Phantoms on Shipwreck Bay should no longer appear underneath rocks.
  • When on an active Adventure, the Voyage description on the Captain’s Table now displays the correct information.

  • Approaching a Shrouded Island will now play the appropriate audio effect when the banners are displayed.

  • Revised iconography for the Buried Relic Map in the Quest Radial.

  • Larinna’s ‘Adventure Mementoes’ section will now show correct artwork for the Adventure.

  • Players are once again limited to one purchase of Letters of Recommendation from Larinna.

  • Memories discovered on Shipwreck Bay now fade out appropriately when ending.

  • Multiple crews can no longer cause progress to be lost during the Soulflame encounter by interacting with the Ritual Brazier.

  • The small fence surrounding the Ritual Brazier on Shipwreck Bay no longer blocks ranged weapons fired above it.

  • Lighting the Ritual Brazier now consistently shows a visual flame.

  • Attempting to sell a Hexing Skull will now direct players to take it to Belle for study.

Pirate Emporium

  • The Pirate Emporium is no longer using placeholder assets.

Visual & Audio

  • When firing cannons, the visual effects now fire immediately removing a perceived delay in firing cannonballs.

  • Loading Screens on PC will now display the correct size when using a 4K screen resolution.

  • Capuchin & Barbary monkeys wearing the Cronch Outfits now fit correctly into cannon barrels when loaded.

  • Players standing on the sloop bed will no longer generate muffled sounds for others in proximity.
