Insider Patch Notes 2.0.22.3
Insider Update 2.0.22.3 is now live! Get your ship stocked for battle and head to Larinna to pick up a new Voyage, leading you to a Gold Hoarders Ancient Vault. Check the Events tab to see what actions can give you Favour to earn new rewards.

Vault Raiders
Introducing a new event! Grab your crew, stock up your ship and head out to complete Deeds, earning Favour and cosmetic rewards!
Vault Raiders
- Larinna is now offering all players a single Ancient Vaults Voyage leading to a specific Vault.
- Players will be tasked with retrieving Gold Hoarder treasure, particularly Chests of Ancient Tributes. Completing Deeds will help players gain Favour to earn rewards.

Glitterbeard’s Journals
- Glitterbeard’s remaining handwritten journals have been spread far and wide across the sea, chronicling his experiences and adventures across the waves.
Glitterbeard’s Tree
- When activating the sequence, visual effects will now play around the base of the tree.
Known Issues
Ship Damage
- Players that are below deck do not see the water rising after the ship is damaged until they go on the upper deck.
The Legend of Glitterbeard
- Those intrepid explorers and puzzle solvers who manage to venture inside may become inadvertently trapped if they stay for too long.
Localisation
- There is placeholder text present in the Outpost & Hideout stores in non-English languages.
Vault Raiders
- Selling Captains, Stronghold & Ancient Tribute chests to The Reapers doesn't earn Favour or tick towards Vault Raider challenge.
- Players will get 25 Favour instead of 10 Favour each time the Voyage is complete.
- There is currently placeholder artwork throughout the event.
Lost Shipments
- Starting another Merchant Alliance Lost Shipment Voyage on the same route does not spawn a shipwreck.
Achievements
- Achievements requiring multiple steps do not track progress but do complete once the final step is completed.
Pirate Emporium
- There is a range of placeholder artwork and text in the Pirate Emporium.
- The Gold Curse Alsatian is currently missing from the Pirate Emporium.
- Sea of Sands Cannon Flare is missing from the Pirate Emporium.
- The Egg Slap and Juggle Drop emotes are missing VFX.
- There is no preview for the Egg Hunting Emote on some Pirate Models.
Fixed Issues
General
- The preview images for the Venomous Kraken Cannons and Venomous Kraken Concertina are now using final artwork.
The Legend of Glitterbeard
- Pets should now continue to follow players inside.
- The bottles around the tree should no longer flicker when moving the camera to look at them.
- The bottles around the tree no longer collide with players.
Mysterious Notes
- After reading all Mysterious Notes, players should no longer see the full ‘wakeup intro’.
Localisation
- Final text should now be visible in place of "Season ends in" in several languages.
Accessibility
- The accepting invitation prompt window should now have screen narration when “Let Games Read to Me” is enabled.
- The "DeMarco" Arena warning pop-up narration and the "Rejoin to your previous session" pop-up narration should no longer get interrupted on startup.
