Insider Patch Notes 2.0.13.7
Insider Update 2.0.13.7 now live, as we approach our April update our feature set is now restricted to those we intend to ship in our next update. While Ghost Ships and Tall Tale checkpoints no longer playable, please help test out our Trading Company Emissaries feature set; choose your company and head to the voting table to represent before out onto the seas!

Updates
- Reaper’s Hideout Restocked – The Reaper’s Hideout has now been armed with strategically placed Ammo crates to help your crew defend your position!
- Fortune & Glory Achievement – The unlock criteria for the ‘Fortune & Glory’ Achievement has been changed from having 15 Chests on a Ship, to earn 100,000 Silver in Contests. This achievement is now completable with the revised Arena experience.
- Improved Ladders Boarding – When climbing a ladder, on reaching the top you will now get off much quicker and be able to perform actions.
Fixed Issues
General
- The Reapers hideout is now located correctly on the ship’s map table.
- When selling Collector's Chests to any trading company, players will now only receive Gold.
- Improved visual effects for fire seen in first person.
- Revised visual effects added to candles to reduce popping.
Tall Tales
- When resuming a Tall Tale checkpoint on a Sloop, the retrieved Tale items should no longer clip through the Captain's Table items.
- ‘Seabound Soul’ – The third skull retrieved is now correctly localised in Non-English languages.
- ‘Revenge of the Morningstar’ - Checkpoints for Chapter 3 and 4 will now use the correct book mesh when proposed on the Captain's Table.
- ‘Revenge of the Morningstar’ - When resuming a Tall Tale Checkpoint on any ship size, the retrieved Tale Items should no longer clip through the Captains Table items.
- ‘Revenge of the Morningstar’ – Corrected typo in Chapter 4 Checkpoint description.
Trading Company Emissaries
- Skeleton Bounties from Rank 50+ Order of Souls voyages now spawn correctly when starting a voyage allowing players to further progress.
- Equipping the appropriate Company Costume and Ship Cosmetics while representing as an Emissary will now progress the ‘Garb’ and ‘Through and Through’ commendations.
- Activating an Emissary Rank 5 Athena’s Fortune Voyage, Cargo Runs will now visually display the correct number of cargo to be delivered.
- Completing Commendations for the Reaper’s Bones Company, now display the completed tick in the Reputation pane.
Pirate Emporium
- The main menu Pirate Emporium button now references April’s new emporium stock.
- Placeholder imagery and icons within the Pirate Emporium have now replaced with final artwork.
Arena
- The second dig site within a contest should no longer display the dig site icon at the centre of the world map.
Crew Status Nameplates
- When requiring a revive, the death icon should now more consistently display next to your crewmate.
- When holding treasure, the treasure icon should now display consistently following a server migration.
Known Issues
- Ship & Outpost Cosmetic Chests - Players are currently unable to use any cosmetic chest in the game to change equipment. This issue has been identified and will be resolved in the following Insiders build!
- Heavy Cutlass Strike – When wielding your sword, if you attempt to strike during the wield animation you will incorrectly queue a heavy cutlass strike.
- Reaper’s Bones Popups - When handing in some Items to the Reaper’s Bones there will be incorrect or missing popups.
- Emissary Grade 5 Voyages - When reaching Emissary Grade 5 for the Gold hoarders, Order of Souls or Merchant Alliance players are currently unable to purchase the high value reward voyage from the respective Trading Company.
- Merchant Alliance - Voyage related cargo can be handed in at any outpost for full gold reward and progress.
